Payments are due at time of service delivery prior to downloading images. Photo copyright is owned by Oatis R. Green III © 2003-2025 - All Rights Reserved and are protected under the U.S. Copyright Law Title 17. Photos may not be shared, sold, transferred, copied, altered, virtually staged or the like without written permission. Usage rights for marketing is for the licensee at time of photography services for the photographed rental or residential/commercial listing agents MLS listing.

***Real Estate photography services and products may not be used for rental (short/long term rentals, Air BnB's or property management third parties) without prior written licensing.

***Rental photography services and products (short/long term rentals, Air BnB's or property third parties) may not be used for real estate listings without prior written licensing.
